Privacy Policy

      This Privacy Policy explains how Cayman Management Ltd. and its affiliates (jointly “Cayman Management”) processes the personal data which clients have provided or has been collected through the course of doing business.

      Cayman Management takes the security of personal data very seriously and will never share any personal information with any third party without express authority or unless required to do so under Laws or Regulations.

      The personal information collected and processed has been provided by clients in order to engage in business. Additional information may be collected from time to time through correspondence in order to better provide corporate services or as part of compliance with regulatory requirements

      The information collected includes contact information: (name, address, email address and telephone number), ID information for KYC purposes (copies of passport and other ID, the place and date of birth.). Cayman Management will also likely be holding details of tax status and residency information, professional and employment information, together with financial information regarding source of wealth. Email address and telephone number will be used in the agreed manner for communication with the delivery of occasional material which is directly relevant to the business a client has with Cayman Management.

      As the controller of personal data, Cayman Management is responsible for its security using sophisticated IT practices in order to ensure data remains secure. In the unlikely event of a breach in data security and unauthorised access Cayman Management will immediately take appropriate action to mitigate the impact. Cayman Management will also notify clients of such an event.

      Cayman Management is obliged to retain certain information gathered during a business relationship for specified periods defined in Laws and Regulations and in order to comply with these the policy is to retain information for a period of 6 years after the termination of a relationship with a client.
