The rebrand trails JS de Jager accepting the invitation to serve as the company’s managing director in May 2021 following the retirement of David Roberts who spent 39 years with the company and remains on the board of directors as chairman. Under the helm of JS, the company will use the rebrand as a tool to market the depth of services and expertise the Cayman Islands offers as an offshore financial centre and business market.
